$300 – Late registration after project completion
$300 – Plan review for new construction/renovation/alteration projects
$400 – Final inspection fee for inspection once the project is nearing completion or past completion
** We do offer a 48-72-hour expedited service at $350, which is separate from any final fees.
**Pre-inspections, compliance inspections, warranty inspections and nonregistered inspections (under 50k) are $350. BMCUE Company does not charge a travel fee.
